I order the trial offer for 30 days which to my understanding was good for 30 days but less than 15 days they charged me for another order sent to me . I sent them email back saying I was dissatisfied with the product and would send back my last shipment unopened and expected my money credit back to me.
I sent with a signature required and they receive over a month ago and so far I have not gotten a credit just emails requested order numbers repeatedly and then one phone call from a supervisor who gave me a number and spoke so fast had to listen to it 5 times and still couldn't make out very well. I called the number which you can guess was no longer in service.
Today is the day and I will be reporting to both the attorney generals of IL and Cal. Also will report to Better Business bureau and Amazon where I bought it
